For Invest in Kids’ Get Set for Life tour, Scholastic Canada donated numerous books for the Reading Corner of our Comfort, Play & Teach Centre featured on the tour. The whole corner was an opportunity for parents to Comfort, Play & Teach their child while reading.
Scholastic has also long been a generous supporter of our popular Welcome to Parenting boxes, a box that is packed with practical materials parents can use to encourage their baby’s healthy development. Scholastic’s support involved donating books for 50,000 boxes, thereby encouraging parents to read to their children to help support their emotional, social and intellectual development. The books are packaged with a Comfort, Play & Teach card to help parents make the most of story time with their children.
