Invest in Kids Celebrity Golf Classic
On June 13th over 200 golfers and celebrities spent a day at Clublink’s Glencairn Golf Club in Milton raising over $190,000 for Invest in Kids. No one seemed to notice the rain as they played golf with hockey greats such as Johnny Bower, Rick Vaive and Bobby Hull. Also among the over 40 celebrities were Canadian women’s hockey champions Geraldine Heaney and Sami-Jo Small, rower Marnie McBean and Olympic cyclist Curt Harnett who all came out to support Canada’s children. Thank you to all our sponsors and golfers who made this year’s tournament a success. We look forward to seeing you next year.
